Hello all!!!

I know it has been a looonnnggg time since I have posted.

I have been crazy busy with ending the school year, starting summer and of course wedding planning.

Soooo...all dresses have been ordered, guys are working on getting their suits, centerpieces complete, well except for lemons and limes those will be complete two days before the DATE!!!

After much work, many tears, lots of help and thank goodness no paper cuts...invites are complete. They will be mailed out tomorrow. I can't tell you how much stress this takes away.

Still feels like there is so much to do...

A lot of the little things I will be able to get to next week, when I am not bound to the house with a recovering little girl.

Feels good to post again, I promise not to be away so long next time.

Update! Update!

OKAY,

Erin and Kim's dress came in. Kim tried hers on Friday night, she is smokin HOT!!!!

All the bouquets are done. Janice made them and as usual they are beautiful. Thank you Janice!!!

We have an appointment with a florist to order my bouquet and Avi's boutineer. Done and Done!

Things are just getting checked off the list as easy and as quick as I can blink an eye. Never thought planning a wedding would be this easy and laid back.

Update!!

Today after school we are going to shopping for ties for the guys!!!

I think Avi is too excited about it and it's cute to watch him. :)

On Saturday Ali and I are going to go to Berry Creek to play with some centerpiecs ideas. I can't wait. It will feel good to get an idea of what we have and don't have and make a final plan for the tables.

Bridemaids flowers are on their way to being made. I know they are going to be beautiful becuase Janice is making them. And she is a MASTER at taking a vision and making it something amazing.

So thankful

Avi and I are so thankful to have so many people in our life. Last night was a blast and it was great to see everyone.

We read the words of wisdom, love and or encouragement this morning and they were heart warming and funny. Thank you!!!!

It's a Monday

yeah, it's a Monday.

But exciting that my dress is in and Ali and I are going over to Mom's to check it over and try it on. Mom has also been doing some shopping. I am expecting some runway modeling tonight. :)

Avi and I get to have dinner and drinks with Lauren and Patrick on Thursday. I get to hug and play with my ringbearer, oh and, spend some time with a wonderful bridesmaid too.

We are super excited about Saturday. And can't wait to see everyone and share a drink!!!

Hi Everyone!

I know, I know, I haven't been posting like I should. Things have been kinda crazy. I have been feeling under the weather and Avi has been working long hours at the course.

We are excited about 4.24 at Vino's. I posted before that we decided not have a formal engagment party but friends have deciede that it would be a good to time to get together and celebrate a start to a new begining. So if there is some confusion, we will be at Vino's in Round Rock at 6:00pm and would love to see your smiling faces. An evite was sent out but if you need directions or more information please call us.

Changing plans, dress shopping

It has been a busy past couple of days and of course exciting.

Avi and I have decided to not have a formal engagement party after all. We are going to use that money towards the wedding expenses instead. But that doesn't mean we will stop visiting Vino 100. If you haven't been you should try it out. We LOVE it!!!!

Went wedding dress shopping yesterday knowing it would be great to find THE dress or to not...well...I found THE dress!!!!! It is more than I could have pictured. I have to give huge thanks to Ali who for 4 fours put on, took off, put on and took off dress after dress. And of course to my girls who without a doubt I trust their voice about what looks good and what doesn't. :) And to my mom and Avi's mom for keeping my options open and having me dig deep about our vision for the wedding. The girls have decided to go with green dresses in their own style. I know they are all going to look AMAZING!!!! Believe it or not, Teri was the first one to pick out her dress. I know....it's true, I have witnesses!

Other exciting news is that I have been able to ask all my bridesmaids to be apart of our wedding and they accepted. I am so lucky!!!

Now for the guys...Well Avi is still working on scheduling some time with all of them to ask them in person.

I am pretty sure that Mom, Nini, Ali and I are going to Berry Creek on Thursday. I can't wait!!
